How much does it cost?
There's no subscription and no listing fee. Gloē charges one fee per sale — the schedule in the pricing section above is the live one, and the fee on a sale is locked in at purchase, never changed retroactively. The rest is yours.
When do I get paid?
Your payout releases when you redeem a voucher and arrives through Stripe on a daily schedule at no cost. Instant payout to a linked debit card is there when you need the money sooner.
What's the verification process?
You submit your license (number, state, type, and a photo or PDF) from your dashboard. It's stored privately and checked with the issuing state board. Once approved, your spa is live — and if something's off, you see the exact reason and can resubmit.
What if a client doesn't show?
They've already paid, and the voucher only redeems when you scan it, so a no-show never becomes a refund out of your pocket. Unredeemed vouchers expire on the date you set.
What about chargebacks?
When a dispute opens, every unredeemed voucher on that order freezes automatically. Your scanner will show it's on hold until the case is resolved.
Do I need a special app?
No. Everything runs from the Gloē business portal in your browser: publishing listings, scanning QR codes at check-in, and tracking payouts. No extra hardware.
Will this position my spa as a discount brand?
You set the price, the quantity, and the terms, and you can keep offers to off-peak capacity. Offer cards do show your price next to the usual rate — that's the value a client sees, on terms you chose. Every spa here is license-verified, every listing is reviewed, and the client relationship stays yours.
